Perf : Any round or square pizza tray or pan less than 24'' in diameter can be perforated. To order us the regular item number and add the suffix or prefix ''P'' Also note in the body of the order that the pans should be perforated. These pans can be made with feet but cannot be made with NIBS. Perf pans allow the bottom of the pizza to cook faster and can provide a crispier crust. Perf pans can also be used to keep cooked pizzas fresher by allowing moisture to escape. Refer to the tray or pan style for more information and for pricing information. For perf pans above 24'' please call.
Superperf : Any round pan less than 24'' in diameter can be superperf. To order use the regular item number and add the suffix "SP". Also note in the body of the order that the trays or pans should be superperf. These pans can be made with feet but cannot be made with NIBS. For the same diameter, superperf pans have twice as many Holes as perf. Superperf allows the bottom of the pizza to cook faster and can provide a crispier crust. Superperf can be used to keep cooked pizzas fresher by allowing moisture to escape. Refer to the tray or pan style for more information and for pricing information.
